Outpatient Physical Therapist

Position: Full Time | Job Type: In-Person | Pay: $85,000 - $100,000 per year

We are looking for outgoing, team oriented, and committed physical therapists who want to be a part of something larger than themselves. We recognize what we have to offer is special, so we want to make sure this is the best fit possible.

We prefer if you have a few years of experience, but we will not turn away the right person. More than anything, we are looking for future leaders who can appreciate the mentoring and leadership development opportunities we offer and who want to build upon our company’s legacy.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Master’s Degree Required
Physical Therapy License: Required
CPR/BLS Certification: Required
Medical Specialties: Geriatrics, Neurology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine, and/or Sports Medicine

Physical Therapist Assistant

Position: Full Time | Job Type: In-Person | Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant: Required
CPR Certification: Required
Medical Specialties: Geriatrics, Neurology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics,  and/or Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
Experience with Diagnostics (Muskuloskeletal Ultrasound/EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies): Preferred, but not required.

Clinic Manager

Position: Full Time | Job Type: In-Person | Pay: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

Experience with Diagnostics (Muskuloskeletal Ultrasound/EMG/Nerve Conduction Studies): Preferred, but not required.

Also:

  • Oversees and supports all plans of care to ensure the best possible outcomes through mentoring training with the clinical team.
  • Well-rounded clinical skill set and experience in the outpatient PT private practice setting.
  • Proven effective communicator.
  • Capable of holding self and the team accountable for production standards.
  • Supports CEO and Executive Team in working toward the overall purpose, vision and success of the team and clinic.
  • Willing to align with Optimum’s values and are willing to model and uphold them.
  • Is a positive, solution-minded thinker who encourages the team to be solution-minded also.
  • Able to encourage as well as challenge those under their supervision.
