    Let our licensed therapist guide you to newfound discovery in strength and flexibility. Teaching way to incorporate the use of your core muscles into your daily actives and guiding you through proper body mechanics. All equipment provided.

  • Group Packages

    Achieve results and build camaraderie through our personalized oversight of your group's fitness development. Great for team building for your employee work group. There is a focus on core-strengthening and body mechanics to build a solid foundation for wellness and injury prevention on the job.

  • ABC's Of Optimum Fitness

    Make sure to learn your ABC's before getting started in any workout. We include the basics of fitness in all of our orientations.

  • Wellness Workshops

    An opportunity to learn about specific topics and how they relate to fitness. There are a variety of topics offered at different times during the year.

  • Functional Fitness

    Learn how to incorporate core stabilization and flexibility and proper body mechanics while doing everyday activities. Turn your everyday activities into mini workouts by incorporating core basics and other great tips offered by Kelly Chick Comstock, Owner, PT, CST.
